Leakmaster LV-1 is a one-component polyurethane water-swelling sealant known for its exceptional physical properties. Designed using advanced technology from water-swelling waterstops, this sealant is particularly useful in civil engineering, construction, and water services, where conventional solid waterstops are difficult to apply. Unlike traditional products, Leakmaster LV-1 is highly effective in sealing irregular-shaped joints, rough surfaces, and odd penetrations. This makes it ideal for applications where other sealants or waterstops cannot be used easily. The sealant is gray in color and is especially effective for a variety of sealing tasks. It can be used for bonding Hydrotite profiles to rough concrete surfaces, water-sealing joints in cast-in-situ concrete, and sealing around "H" section steel joists. Additionally, Leakmaster LV-1 is well-suited for sealing rough or uneven surfaces and can support up to 20 meters of water head pressure. It is also excellent for sealing pipe penetrations and is commonly used to provide a secondary seal around traditional PVC waterstops before a concrete pour, offering added security in construction applications.
